Jade Cobbins


Chef Jade Cobbins discovered her love for food and multicultural cuisines at the young tender age of 16. Growing up in a military family, Cobbins has traveled all over the world, including being born in Turkey and spending her high school years in Mannheim, Germany. Her father retired in Columbus, Georgia and after graduating in 2002, Chef Jade’s passion for food followed her as she ventured to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her career. She attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and received her Associates Degree in 2007. Her dream was to become a personal chef for entertainers but more specifically, Beyoncé Knowles. After completing culinary school, Chef Jade went on to work in many food service establishments as a line cook and later a Sous Chef, giving her to the knowledge of banquet style catering, southern style cooking as well as high end American cuisines. She also ran her own kitchen at Turner Field Braves Stadium, where she cooked personally for the General Managers and Owners of the Braves Baseball team and brought creativity to everything she touched. Her favorite cuisines are, but not limited to, Asian, Southern Soul Food, Mexican and Italian as she continues to push herself to have expertise in it all. You can find her whipping up the simplest dish or most complex meal or even baking a beautiful 3 tier cake for some girls Sweet 16. Chef Jade believes that the most flavorful cuisine is made from the simplest ingredient, Love. Thus where she birthed her catering company named PASSION with the perfect slogan that fits her so well; “Love the food you eat”
